Investigations

We provide representation at every stage of DFPS involvement.  Whether CPS is investigating your family or Licensing is investigating your actions as a foster parent or in the workplace, we will work to protect your interests.  We have intimate knowledge of the process, having worked as both an investigator and an attorney for DFPS over the years.  We believe in holding the Department accountable and will defend you against outstanding allegations while the investigation is ongoing.

FBSS or Conservatorship

The investigation may be over, but your case can be ongoing.  We will advocate for practical and sustainable solutions for your family.  If needed, we will also help you advocate for permanency for your children.
